About
A third generation farmer, homesteading and agriculture have been life-long passions and the backdrop for our family. With degrees in both animal science and educational theory and practice, my focus for nearly the last two decades has been providing education and resources for local communities. From working with farmers in Central America to our own personal homestead in middle Tennessee, I’ve been fortunate enough to see how this lifestyle can change lives. Join me as we launch the Homestead Habits online resource academy.

I’ve been homesteading for a while, but there’s always more to learn. Finding Homestead Habits has helped me re-focus and really invest in our farm this year. Whether you are just starting out or have been building your homestead for a while, there’s something for everyone here.

The Intro to Livestock Guardian Dogs course brought up some points I hadn’t thought about. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a LGD for their farm.
